3Good watch for the money, but BIG difference in tritinum quality  Oct 24, 2008
By Jeff Macdonald
I feel the Uzi tritinum watch is a good value and good looking watch. I've worn a Luminox watch for the past couple of years and it's still going strong. I bought the Uzi to see how well it holds up to me, as I can be rough on watches.

The Uzi and the S&W tritinum watches are only about half as bright as the Luminox. I suppose that is why the Uzi is about a third of the cost of a Luminox. In total darkness, you can glance at a Luminox and tell the time. With an Uzi or S&W, you'll need to really focus in on the watch to tell the time.

5Great watch for the money.  Dec 10, 2007
By D to the G
I've had this watch for about a year.

There's really nothing negative to say about it. It has kept great time, the tritium is mid-bright (which I prefer to very bright), and it is rock-solid. Since I've set this watch for daylight savings time, it hasn't been more than 1 minute off.

The crystal is thick and the face is attractive and easy to read. I like the band material, which is not rubber and does not smell. It's very comfortable to me.

I surfed with this watch, cliff-jumped into water from about 60 feet, and so on. It hasn't budged.

If you want a technical watch with tritium that is highly durable, go for it. It's a lot less than some of the other tritium watches and very, very solid. Enjoy it.

5A watch worth watching  Dec 19, 2007
By Count Pocorante "The Count"
It's amazing such a nice sports watch can be offered at such a low price. Waterproof to 200 meters, screw-down stem, mineral glass face, tritium technology, and best of all, a swiss-movement. That's worth five stars where I come from. This was my first time ordering from SwingSomeWhere, but they were fast on delivery and great on follow up.

5GREAT WATCH DELIVERED FAST!!  Dec 21, 2008
By Dennis E. Math "barbarosa"
Easily as good as a Luminox at a fraction of the cost. And superb and very fast delivery made the purchase completely PERFECT!

1Looks great. Performance is sub par  Mar 07, 2011
By J. Donaho
I bought the Uzi Tritium watch for the tritium dial. The Uzi was one of the most reasonably priced tritium watches on the market. Checking time at night is a snap. It is easy to read in the dark even without my glasses. However within 4 months moisture started to fog the inside of the crystal. Now the watch is dead after 6 months. It was never worn in the shower much less submerged. For a watch rated to 600 feet, that is pathetic performance. I was very careful to tighten the crown when I first received the watch. I will find out how their customer service handles the return.
