It's just the Adapter, not the two other parts. The pic is a little misleading and the description isn't very good.
Item works fine.

I am not sure if I can use twenty words to say the item was as expected but does not come with the other items shown in the picture, I didn't mind but others may be buying just for the combo deal.

Marj's husband here. Couldn't locate an adapter for a while, pleased to find one on Amazon. From the pictures I wasn't clear if I'd get just the adapter or some jags too - well it is only the adapter and that's all I wanted. It would be better if that was all that was shown.
