Half Moon Ravioli Attachment Feb 17, 2010
By cafay1 I was not happy with this product. Either I need to practice more or something. I wasted a lot of filling trying to get the attachment to work. It hooked up with the pasta maker alright but to get the raviolis to come out right I could not get it to do. I would not recommend this product. I found the regular ravioli metal frame Norpro Ravioli Maker and Press a much better product and it sells for under $20.

Not really worth it... Nov 16, 2010
By rd476 I've been making my own pasta for a while, and love my pasta machine. I decided to try linguini, but this roller gets jammed up with dough and the pasta comes out all chopped up or not at all. I've tried making the dough more dry or more wet to no avail. Unfortunately, not an attachment I would buy again.
Useless product Feb 15, 2012

While it worked just like it was supposed to, this product produced flat, barely filled ravioli. I returned it because it's completely useless.
Difficult to use Sep 15, 2011
By Cyrena I purchased this as a beginner pasta maker. I will say that for the past 8 months I have been practicing 3 times a week to become skilled at this. I have tried this ravioli maker about 6 times, and still can't get it to turn out decent. I can't get the ravioli to get enough filling. There is a lot of wasted dough. I purchased a mold to make 12 square ravioli at once (norpro ravioli mold with press) buy this instead. You will not regret it. At first I thought the crank version ravioli would give me more results faster. I was very wrong. The mold is so much faster and they turn out perfect everytime.
