weston double hamburger press review Feb 12, 2010
By D. Brevard I am very pleased with the Weston Hamburger Press. It is a high quality machine that makes uniform hamburgers very quickly. I am especially impressed with the spring release feature for the hamburgers.

Messy Clean Up! Dec 18, 2010
By P. Mistretta

i purchased this double patty maker because i was tired of pressing chop meat into patties with the lid of a can. this item is sturdy and well made, and easy to use, but the cleanup is a hassle. to clean the interior you must unscrew the plungers and be mindful of not losing the springs. and the meat does stick to the top of the presser, i believe the remedy for the meat sticking to the top of the presser is a spot of spray oil. i use a large piece of wax paper on the bottom instead of small cut wax paper. it can make thick quarter pounder sized burgers, which i like. overall im quite satisfied, despite the messy cleanup.

Quality product, adjustable thickness for your burgers Dec 03, 2010
By 4thebuddies This is a quality product however Amazon's price when I ordered it was $34.95 but they charged me 39.08 and now I see its increased even more to 43.75. I thought $34.95 was pricey for what this product is and now that its 43.75, I would have not paid that for this product. Home Depot has a very similar double burger press for $24.98. 4 stars for the product, could have been 5 stars if the price wasn't so much. It isn't worth more than $30 in my opinion.
Weston Double Hamburger Press-- poor quality Dec 10, 2011
By Rita Draheim Purchased through AMAZON, poor manufacturing, after three emails unable to furnish correct replacement parts. Weston needed more and more documentation. The thickness adjusting Knobs are drilled off center, thus resulting in patties of uneven thickness. This product is not worth investing any more of my time.
