Good fit, quality Jul 26, 2010
By M. Rich Got this holster for an XD 90 subcompact 9mm. Fit for that firearm is very good. Adjustment of tightness (and trigger guard) works fine. I adjusted mine for looser to start with until the holster gets a little break in and I was pleased with how it worked. Fit for the overall holster is very good, especially sitting down, which was my concern, as I plan to use this in driving in car and on my motorcycle. The gun is held a bit high (good) but not too much. The 'grip' on your belt is very good but is easier to remove than another paddle holster I have (Galco leather).
My only advice is that you should be aware that this this holster requires rapid draw. It is recommended by the company that you 'quickly' snap the gun out, which works well with the trigger guard detent. Slow removal does not work very well. Once you get used to it it is fine, but as someone else stated, some people may not like this attribute, and if you are asked by the police to remove your weapon from the holster for inspection, be sensitive to your speed. No problem with some practice, just a consideration to know.

Tech it to the limit Jan 31, 2009
By Lowell G. Torske
"Skypilot9"
Being 55 years old one would think I'm all about old school everything. That is not the case with this holster even though it's not leather. My pistol is held so securely that I believe I could roll down a hill with out loosing my side arm. When you draw like you're going to use your weapon it is smooth (with a little practice). I like the life time warranty also.

Better than the XD Gear Holster Dec 28, 2008
By William R. Lile
"Dr. Lile"
Have Fobus, Uncle Mike, and XD gear holsters for other guns. This is my favorite. Secure fit, easy draw, rides much closer to the body and lower on the hip than the holster that comes with the XD. Will need a good quality belt for all day carry. Holster not affected by temperature extremes. Fits the 3", 4" and 5" XD-9.

Awesome holster, not so good for real "concealment" Aug 05, 2011
By Bear Grylls This holster is awesome...it tightly holds my Taurus PT145 Millennium Pro, perfectly. You can adjust the amount of "grip" that holds the gun tightly in place- it is all friction. Thankfully, I did receive the "paddle" version just like the picture, not the belt clip like other reviewers mentioned. You could literally roll down a hill and your gun would still be there. Like other reviewers mentioned you have to give a quick "snap" motion to effectively pull it out of the holster, doing it slowly will work but it pulls up on the holster. It is great for that "quick draw" feeling, with no buckles, loops or velcro. The gun will holster leaning slightly forward on your hip for a very easy and comfortable acquisition to your hand when drawing your gun. The only downside- it sticks out off your body quite a bit. If you want to conceal carry, this may not be the best choice unless your a large person or wear heavy clothing- I'm average build and it stuck out through my t-shirt and a sweatshirt and was very noticeable. I will use this holster for camping, target shooting and when hunting, but I will but a different holster if I want to CC this gun. I would recommend this holster, I got it here for 1/2 price of what my gun store wanted.

Bad fit for Sig 2022, leaves trigger partially exposed Apr 19, 2012
By A. The manufacturer claims this will fit a Sig 2022. Technically, it does "fit" but is very tight on the sides. The real problem is it doesn't cover the trigger entirely! about 50% of the trigger (the actual trigger lever) is exposed from the sides. I did make sure to have it "snapped-in" all the way forward, still not covering trigger completely. Most Competition leagues would not allow this: considered to be unsafe if the trigger is not completely covered. (I tested with a Sig SP2022 in 9mm, the "new" style with picatinny rail on-front)
