In the midst of doing a round of P90X, I was to be sent out into field for work which would require staying a hotel for a few weeks. Not wanting to haul my weights around, I purchased a set of fitness tubes. However, I still had the problem of how to do pull ups in the hotel. I quick search lead me to the tube door attachment. It is really easy to set up in any doorway and allows me to simulate pull ups using the bands. Very sturdy too- I viewed some that looked flimsy, but with the Bodytrends one I have no fears of it breaking (and ending with me smacking myself in the face with the bands). So easy to carry around, I love it!
