This product is extremely poor quality. The keyless system itself, right out of the box, feels cheap. Installation instructions are sub-par at best, probably poorly translated from another language. The buttons don't always press properly. The remote is an absolute joke. The fob is insanely large, and has a pull-out antenna, reminiscent of an old-school walkie-talkie. If you intent to use the remote, you have to be very close to the door to get it to work, and really it only works with the antenna out. In cold weather, using the keypad or remote, the door won't often unlock. Also, after awhile, the lock button outside has stopped working, so I have to use a key to lock the door from the outside, which almost defeats having it. I wish I had paid the extra money and bought a Schlage or Kwikset. Don't waste your time or money.

I bought this product to put on my laundry room door outside. I am no pleased, the product looks cheap. In addition, the battery lasts about 1 month. I only use it a few times a week (since it is a laundry room), but the batteries die fast. I would not recommend this product. It is better to spend more and get a better quality lock.
