A Swiss Army Knife of iPod options May 15, 2007
By Joshua Ohmer This compact little item takes the place of your iPod's USB cable, a car power adapter, a wall outlet adapter, and adds the option of charging off a 9V battery. Very handy and cleverly designed. Also, very economical compared with the standard iPod AC adapter which has none of these other features.

iPod 4-in-1 is great! Jul 24, 2007
By Stonewall I recently purchased the iPod 4-in-1 super charger, and have used it regularly since. It provides four ways to charge your iPod (ac outlet plug, auto cigarette lighter, usb direct to computer, and 9 volt battery)all in one unit. I have used all but the 9 volt battery power input, and they all work quickly and easily. It is a great design, with even the power ac plug folding into the unit when not being used. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone considering its purchase.
Why Didn't I Know This Existed? Jan 16, 2012

"Think occasionally of the suffering of which you spare yourself the sight." ~ Albert Schweitzer"
I've been trying to keep up with separate cords for separate charging apparati for years, always losing something. I bought this for my granddaughter's IPod, now I don't want to give it to her. However, she's already seen it, so I'm going to have to order a couple more for my house. FYI, the cords on this don't "extend".. it's pretty much as it appears here. But goodness, it works and is going to be SO easy to pack for trips now that I don't have 20 cords to keep up with!
Does NOT work right with iPhone 4g Apr 26, 2011
By David Linzer Great product, worked with my iPod great for years. Why anyone would ever buy a single-purpose iPod charger when this is available escapes me.
However, bought an iPhone 4G and it does not work properly with that. It does charge it, but when connected is shuts off the sound output (both headphones and speakers). It "thinks" the sound signal should be coming out via the main connector, like when you hook it to a boom box. I still use it sometimes. It is nice as a backup.
Great charger for home or travel Mar 30, 2010
By Linda Foust This charger allows you to charge at a computer, an electric outlet, a car, or a 9-volt battery. I use it at home and I used it while traveling in Asia when I didn't have access to a computer. It's light, small, and portable.
