2Schwinn Mark II Bike Trailer not for me  Apr 03, 2009
By Parker
i did quite a bit of research online (comparing descriptions, reading reviews, etc.) and thought this would be the best bike trailer for our family. we decided to not go super cheap and couldn't afford a $500 trailer so this seemed like it would work.
PROS: the price, it was easy to assemble, it looked good, and would be easy for our daughter to see out of.
CONS: the seat was like a sling that didn't have much support so our daughter was slouched, there was only 2 layers of fabric between our child and the ground, and the cover attaches with a long thick line of velcro, so every time you want to get your child in or out, or get into the back compartment you have to rip open the cover, which was difficult to line up and cumbersome in general.
the cons out-weighed the pros so we returned this trailer, and found a burley d'lite for $100 more at a warehouse store that has a great padded seat, better harness and strap hooks, easy clips for opening and closing the cover, and a movable sun shade panel which gets more use than i would have expected

4Good value but could use a few improvements  Jun 26, 2007
By Coulette R. Lioce "Pockets1020"
The overall quality of this bike trailer is good. Very easy to assemble and light.

The seat and harness system need improvement. They could definitely be more comfortable especially for smaller children (under 2 years).

For anyone who seriously wants to use this as a jogging stroller, they should opt for the newer model with the larger front tire.

3Harness system could be better  May 14, 2007
By S. Davis "Grandpa"
Assembly was straight forward and quick. Worked well as a stroller. A sun screen would be nice. Also the set up for the harness is a bit cumbersome.

4Good for Kids  May 12, 2008
By Mike
Not a bad little trailer. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble, then another 10 minutes to air up the tires & hook it up to my bike. The harness is a little hard to manage with two kids in it, but it's not too bad.

The trailer itself is light (loaded with kids is a different story). Once you get it moving, you hardly notice it's there (except for the screams coming from behind you).

5Great way to haul your toddler!  Aug 12, 2007
By R. Boyer
We use the Mark II for a stroller and a bike trailer. Works great and storage space in back is a great bonus. I can't believe how smooth the ride is as a stroller or trailer. The only negative is that there is no cupholder for you when using a stroller, but I'm sure this is not most people's main stroller.
