Great chair at a good price Jun 11, 2006
By dorel_c My wife and I spent some time looking for a good chair that she can use at work (cosmetics). We found some affordable chairs that were very small and flimsy, as well as nice chairs that were much more expensive.
This chair looks and "feels" like the expensive ones but at the lower price.
It is very well made; the quality of materials and the workmanship seem very good.
Also, it is very stable. When laying down the back, or getting in and out of the chair, it remains in place and does not wobble like other chairs, therefore gives you a feeling of safety. Also, it is pretty wide which is nice as it accommodates comfortably people with all body types.
We also liked that it comes with a pillow, which adjusts sliding up or down easily, and can be completely removed if desired.
It is a very good looking and well built chair, and we are very happy with this purchase.
Update:
One year later and we still love the chair. It still looks and works like new. It has been used quite a bit, and it is still a great chair.

A good zero gravity recliner for everyone, even the disabled! Dec 13, 2007
By Jane Wakeham I ordered this chair after reading the enthusiastic reviews and I love it also. It is very well made and very affordable. I am disabled and overweight (230 pounds) so I was worried about the chair but I did not have the room or the money for the upholstered recliners I had seen advertised. This chair looks fine in my living room and now I have a safe way to put up my feet. I pull myself forward on the seat before getting up and I have a walker nearby to grab. I can also clean it easily. It will be cool in the warm weather due to the mesh. The chair is very sturdy and not at all like a regular beach chair. I can lie back and put my feet all the up in the air--zero gravity! This is a keeper!

Anti gravity recliner Aug 27, 2008
By J. Minyard I purchased this recliner a month ago, Pacific Outdoors 17-LC100 La Chaise Folding Recliner, and it is still in my TV room, exactly where I unpacked the box it came in. I planned to use it on my deck this summer, but it is so comfortable, I have not moved it yet. Now that fall is approaching, I may not move it at all. Very airy, sturdy, and easy to use. Buy one, you won't regret it.

nice idea, but it was broken Apr 28, 2008
By arf Out of the hundreds of items I've purchased through Amazon from books to kitchen appliances, this is the very first thing I've returned. The chair looked great coming out of the box (and it should, being an $80 lawn chair!). Once I opened it up, I discovered the pivotal point where the bottom back of the seat joined the legs was held together by a tiny rivet-like fastener that was broken. The rest of the chair seemed to be made very sturdy, which made me scratch my head as to why the one critical moving part in the whole construction was an obvious cheap piece of metal that apparently broke in shipment. I was really dissapointed with the product, but very satisfied with how easy it was to return it and get a refund. Thank you Amazon, for being so easy to deal with!
Present for Mom May 13, 2009

My mom wanted one of these chairs after sitting in one during a Cottage stay last summer. Her birthday came around so my sisters and I pitched in and bought it for her. She LOVES it! She said that it's perfect - exactly what she wanted - and loves that I was able to get it in black!
