Best bino strap Mar 16, 2011
By James S. Ford I have used this product on my hunting binoculars for severtal seasons. It is easily attached and the straps have swivals that help to prevent tangling. I recently purchased two more units for my grandsons. It allows one to keep the optics readily accessable when needed but out of the way when mounting a firearm. The weight of the binoculars is distributed across the wearer's back instead of the neck. The sales price through Amazon makes this an even better bargain and the delivery was fast.

Not sure if the stretch is a good idea Nov 19, 2011
By E. Turner I bought this for my fairly heavy 35mm DSLR camera which I normally use with a fairly heavy lens. It does what I want in taking the weight off my neck, and keeping the camera from swinging when I bend or climb, while still keeping the camera immediately available for pictures. The material seems sturdy enough. (I didn't trust their plastic ties to hold the camera to the strap and used metal.) However, I'm not sure that the stretchy straps on this version are the best way to go. It makes it very easy to put the strap on or take it off. But, when I'm hiking with it, the camera bounces a great deal - and it kind of defeats the purpose of the strap if I have to hold on to the camera all the time.

Excellent value for money Apr 25, 2011
By Vijay Ramachandran This shoulder holster replaced my old Swaro strap, a companion of 15 years. I recently went on a long birding trip, and found this to be an able replacement. It costs less than other similar straps, and seems to as durable and capable so far!

Good Strap, Cheap zip ties Dec 30, 2011
By OC Birder Trish Bottom line... For 10 bucks, this is a good deal. Just a word to the wise, don't even waste your time with the cheap plastic zip ties they include. I broke 2 immediately, and ended up just attaching the ring to my binocular strap hook. As another reviewer noted, they are very elastic, and wouldn't be my first choice for anything heavy. I have 2 pair of binocs. This will be for the lightweight cheap ones. I'll find another better quality for the others. I still got what I paid for, so I'm okay with my purchase.

other use Dec 14, 2011
By hiker76 I bought this to hold my camera while hiking. I am very happy with how well it works. It keeps the camera steady while hiking at the same time the camera is ready available to take pictures.
